According to the sources, Andrei Kachur is a figurant of a criminal case. No reasons for the dismissal Ilya Volozin are officially announced. His division was engaged in many high-profile economic ceases - from the case of Vitaly Arbuzov and the Fenox Group up to the second case of Alexander Muravyov and the case of the leaders of the REP Trade Union, Gennady Fedynich and Igor Komlik.
