On his way back from a business trip to the city of Kletsk, Nikolai Pokhabov, head of the Minsk Regional Branch of the REP Trade Union, found that all four fixing bolts in a wheel of his car were unscrewed. The union activist does not exclude that it could be done deliberately.

"On my way to Kletsk, everything was OK," Nikolai said to the website www.praca-by.info. "I take care of my car, and I'm more than sure that before my business trip it was in perfect order. On my way back I heard some noise. I stopped, look my car around and found with horror that all four bolts in one of the wheels were unscrewed. I could admit that one bolt may slacken, but all the four at a time – it's impossible. I regularly inspect my car, especially before a long journey.

Nikolai Pokhabov does not exclude that the bolts could have been unscrewed deliberately.

"Four bolts in one and the same wheel cannot unscrew by themselves," the union activist is sure. "I could hardly hear that something was knocking. The air conditioner was on in my car, it was noisy, and I heard the sound absolutely occasionally.
