More than forty people came to the second session of the court to support Oleg Stakhaevich, the chairman of the primary organization of the Belarusian Independent Trade Union (BNP) of the workers of the Republic's Unitary Production Enterprise (RUPE) "Granit". Despite the arguments of the defence, the judge dismissed the lawsuit of trade union activist on illegal dismissal and restoration at work. Gennady Fedynich, Chairman of the REP Trade Union, who also took part in the session, is sure that the judge's decision was illegitimate.more >>
