The Polotsk City Executive Committee has refused to sanction two pickets on October 26 and November 2, applied for by the workers of the Open Joint-Stock Company (OJSC) "Polotsk-Steklovolokno" in protest against dismissal of their comrades – two members of the Free Trade Union of Belarus (SPB) and workers of the State Enterprise (SE) "Polotsk Winery".
